At Case Lab, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@caselab.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us first at support@caselab.com to receive the correct return address and instructions.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.

If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping.
Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
