Refund Policy – Case Lab

At Case Lab, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Custom or personalized products

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@caselab.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us first at support@caselab.com to receive the correct return address and instructions.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.

  • If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@caselab.com.
